I am a retired Firefighter and Paramedic with more than a decade of experience serving my community in emergency services. Throughout my career, I worked in a variety of high-pressure environments, including the fire service, ambulance, emergency room, and urgent care. Those experiences gave me firsthand knowledge of what it takes to respond when seconds matter and reinforced the importance of high-quality CPR and First Aid training.

Today, I am passionate about helping others gain the knowledge and confidence to act in an emergency. I am a certified Instructor II through the New Hampshire Fire Academy and an authorized instructor with the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross, Emergency Care & Safety Institute (ECSI), and Stop the Bleed®. Whether I'm teaching healthcare providers, construction crews, businesses, schools, or community organizations, my goal is to deliver engaging, hands-on training that prepares people to respond with confidence when it matters most.
