About the Instructor

I am a Firefighter and Paramedic with more than ten years of experience serving my community in emergency services. Over the course of my career, I have worked in a variety of high-pressure environments including the emergency room, on the ambulance, and in urgent care. These experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of patient care, from the first moments of an emergency through hospital treatment.

In addition to my field work, I am passionate about teaching others the skills they need to save lives. I am a certified instructor through the New Hampshire Fire Academy and a licensed instructor with both the Emergency Care and Safety Institute (ECSI) and the American Heart Association (AHA). My goal is to make CPR and First Aid training practical, engaging, and tailored to the needs of each group I work with—whether that’s healthcare professionals, workplaces, schools, or community organizations.
